Cellulases are a complex of enzymes necessary for the complete solubilization cellulose in sugars, thus playing key role natural carbon cycle through hydrolysis lignocellulosic structures. The aim this study was to evaluate increase capacity Talaromyces amestolkiae CMIAT 055 produce cellulases by optimizing components culture medium containing banana pseudostem as an inducer, well different agitation configurations bioreactor. Optimization performed statistical experimental design (Plackett–Burman and DCCR), pH control bioreactors, system comparing impellers with flow profiles liquid medium. For purpose, wild strain used.
